Which areas/issues do you work with?

I work with adults (18+) in many areas, including:

   - Anxiety

   - Stress

   - Intrusive or troubling thoughts

   - Anger and frustration

   - Panic attacks

   - Post-COVID anxiety

   - Post-COVID workplace issues

What happens in our first session?

This session gives us both an opportunity to get to know each other.  It allows me to familiarise myself with your background and reasons for you seeking counselling.  First impressions/gut feelings are important indicators, so if you feel you don't want to work with me (for whatever reason), we can finish our work after the initial session.

We will also discuss frequency of sessions.

How do I pay for the sessions?

By bank transfer.  I will provide my bank details before our first session.

Do you have a cancellation policy?

Yes.  I request at least 48 hours notice of a cancellation otherwise payment for a session is due.  If the cancellation is because of an emergency or illness, we can discuss this at our next session.

How frequent do our sessions need to be?

Usually sessions are weekly, the same time and same day.  However if sessions every other week are better for you, we can organise this.

Which online platforms do you use

We can use Google Meet or MS Teams.
