I offer a free 15 minute no obligation consultation call. 

Concessionary fees are available for all NHS workers, Blue Light services and counselling students. 

 

Face to face sessions - £80 (No availability at the moment)

I am unable to offer availability for face to face sessions due to re-locating from London to The Isle of Wight.

Online sessions - £70

Online sessions can be delivered using MS Teams or Google Meet.

All sessions last 50 minutes.

Number of Sessions

The number of sessions is entirely your call.

Longer term therapy can help you to understand yourself at a deeper level.  It can also help develop a clearer sense of who you are as a person, and how past events have shaped your present self.
