What to expect

 

In our sessions together we can talk about any thoughts you're having or emotions you are feeling, and how we can work towards modifying these to enhance your wellbeing.

We do this at your pace in a safe and confidential space, either face to face or online.

I work with adults (18+) in many areas, including:

 

 - Anxiety

   - Stress

   - OCD/Intrusive thoughts

   - Anger and frustration

   - Panic attacks

   - Post-COVID anxiety

   - Post-COVID workplace issues

   

You may find it difficult to talk about yourself with someone you don't know, however we will quickly develop a trust which will overcome any initial concerns.

Sessions are 50 minutes in duration and can be weekly or every two weeks - whatever best suits you.
