What to expect
In our sessions together we can talk about any thoughts you're having or emotions you are feeling, and how we can work towards modifying these to enhance your wellbeing.
We do this at your pace.
I work with adults (18+) in many areas, including:
- Anxiety
- Stress
- Intrusive or troublesome thoughts
- Past and ongoing trauma
- Panic attacks
- Workplace issues
- Bereavement
You may find it difficult to talk about yourself with someone you don't know, however we will quickly develop a trust which will overcome any initial concerns.
Sessions are 50 minutes in duration and can be arranged to suit your availability.
